What if I use a different email to forward?
Row1 matches the sender email to your account. Make sure to forward from the same email address you used to sign up. If you use a different email, your import will be queued and we can match it manually.
How long does it take?
Most imports complete within seconds. Large CSV files (500+ flights) may take up to a minute. You will receive an in-app notification when your import is done.
What formats are supported?
Row1 automatically detects CSV exports from Flighty, MyFlightradar24, and OpenFlights. We also accept our own template format for custom spreadsheets. Airline confirmation emails (with or without ICS calendar attachments) are also supported.
What if I send the same flights twice?
No worries. Row1 automatically deduplicates flights based on origin, destination, and date. Duplicate flights are skipped silently.
